First off, thank you for the opportunity to help you make your Vanagon the best it can be. I sincerely appreciate the trust and confidence you put into me. My goal in this business is to provide the best quality products at competitive prices accompanied by accurate and helpful information to help you make an informed decision.

While this may appear to be a big business, it’s not! While I have worked with other people in the past, today it’s just me. I answer all the emails, order all the parts, package and ship all the orders, do all the accounting, etc. I have a family that I take care of as well as a special needs stepson that can require a fair amount of attention. You can easily see that I can be spread very, very thin at times. I say this because I care about each and every customer and it’s very easy for me to get behind on emails and orders. While I try very hard to keep up, often the demand is simply too high and orders take longer and longer to get out the door and emails take longer and longer to answer. I know everyone wants their answers and parts asap, but I’m one guy doing the best that I can to keep up with it all. No matter how far behind I may get though, I ALWAYS answer every email that I get and I ALWAYS follow through on shipping orders.

Anyway, please be as understanding as possible when it comes to how long it takes to answer your inquiry or ship your order. Delays in shipping or answering emails is never intentional, but always a possibility.

As for shipping costs, I am NOT in the business of making money off of shipping. I have set the shipping values to a fair market value, but there will probably be some orders that don’t fit squarely into the allotted pricing structure. For these orders, I will always issue a refund for the difference in shipping prices if the charged price is more than what it costs us to ship.
