Protect your expensive CV joints with our CV Joint Spacer Kit. What's it for? When you lift a 2wd or Syncro, the balls of the rear CV joints tend to ride right out near the edge of the CV body and inner star, causing excessive wear. By adding the CV Joint Spacer Kit, you push the balls back into the central position they were designed to run, making your CV joints last longer.
Choose between 2 and 4 spacers, depending on how much you need to move the CVs. Mild lifts usually require only 2 spacers, while an extreme lift may require 4. It's up to the end user to determine which is best for their application.
Comes with spacers, 12-pt bolts that are longer than stock, and washers to keep the bolts tight.
Each spacer is 4.75mm thick.
Note that the 12-pt bolts use a standard 8mm 12-point socket.
Spacers are installed between the CVs and the drive flanges. Bolts get torqued to 33 ft lb.
