I have also installed your steering rack stiffeners and uprated front sway bar with your endlinks that I installed last year on this van. After completing the install of the rear sway bar, I took it for a test drive on a favorite twisty road, one I often slice and dice in my well built 1966 Triumph TR4A IRS and I can tell you that the improvement in cornering/handling with my Vanagon is dramatic. *Note - The finish on the frame adapters is zinc plating with a black dye to help conceal them under the van. The black dye is very thin, so you may see some spots that look slightly translucent. Rest assured that the zinc plating underneath is there and will help prevent corrosion.
*Note - We do not recommend installing the rear anti-roll bar without installing our HD front anti-roll bar. Installing both bars keeps the van's suspension balanced for the best, most predictable handling characteristics.
